Products & Availability

Plant availability, sizes, and pricing may change without notice. Photos are representative; living plants vary naturally in shape, bloom stage, and foliage. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders when stock is insufficient.

Orders & Payment

An order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and begin fulfillment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Shipping & Delivery

We pack plants with care for transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with weather, carrier delays, or seasonal restrictions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide, except where required otherwise by law.

Returns & Plant Health

Because plants are perishable, returns are limited. Contact us promptly if a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition and include photos of the plant and packaging. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion after review. We are not responsible for loss due to improper planting, watering, pests after delivery, or growing conditions outside the listed hardiness range.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide truthful information when registering or checking out.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and product descriptions are owned by Thor's Backyard Nursery or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Thor's Backyard Nursery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or plant purchases. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
